I think we should stay in the top 5. Ohio St, BC and OU move to 1,2 and 3. I don't think USF will be ahead of us but even then we won't drop past USC. Still in the hunt. BC, OU and USF all have losses coming. We stay focused and even with OSU winning out we should be 2 at the end of the SECCG.
  2. I understand it's hard to not drop to far but I need someone to explain to me why OU should be ahead of us. They lost to an unranked team and have beat nobody except for Mizzou. I know we will probably fall below them but it's ridiculous to say they are better than us.
  3. I'll give you the answer.
Its because it is called college football, the system doesn't have to make any sense but sometimes it does play itself out correctly and other times the media darlings get the praise and the glory!:)
  4. Oregon will move up after the schalaking they put on Washington State. USC was unimpressive today, but because they won, they will probably be ranked higher than us. You know how it often is with polls, you lose, they win and that's that. I think we will be behind both USC and Oregon as well as Oklahoma, at least in the human polls.
  5. No...we should only be behind Oklahoma...and maybe not them. ( I mean with the teams you mentioned...we'll be behind OSU, BC, and maybe OU and USF.
  6. After this year, I really believe the a playof system needs to be implemented.
There are to many good teams that will be 1 loss teams looking from the outside.
But as a Trojan fan once again they did not impress me today.
The win was a needed one, but nothing that should allow us to move up in the polls.

  7. I agree with the playoff system, but not your poll.
Oklahoma, LSU and USC will all be higher than you have them
  8. Dude, no way we fall behind Oregon and South Carolina.

We beat South Carolina pretty handily. Everyone knows this LSU team is better than most of the teams in the top 10.
  9. These ranks aren't prob to off, BUT.... if we beat USCe, shouldn't we be ranked higher than them? But then again....it's College Football.

  10. The reason I ranked Oregon so high is because they keep winning, and their margin of victory (despite who they play) continues to be convincing that they are not a fluke.
Because I am a PAC 10 guy.......only reason I have South Carolina ranked ahead is just because they won today as well.
Granted you guys know more about them than I do......
so I wouldn't be surprised of LSU is ranked ahead of them.

LSU won't drop to far being that margin of loss happened in triple OT.

2)Boston College (weakest #2 team by far)
