i said this in the other thread, but i dont mind repeating myself on this.... when we typically see miles speak to the media, and where we get the "les-ism's", clm is answering questions without answering. the man does not give out information and (at least it is my opinion) that his coach speak just takes on a very unique personality. but when miles speaks from the heart and is not holding back, the above is what you get. a very warm and sincere person that has no problem expressing himself. of course, that is all just my opinion. but whichever coach miles we get on any given day, i think both are great!
just goes to show how much difference a year or two can make. Can't believe that so many folks wanted him gone at one point.
I believe the biggest misconception here is that CLM appears to choose his words carefully during press conferences. This being a more laid back 'show', he was able to loosen up and just speak.
And it feels good to know I wasn't one of them. I hope we are fortunate if Les Miles's final coaching job is LSU, and that we are fortunate enough to keep him until he retires; a confident, yet humble coach who knows how lucky he is to have a family that loves him, players that love him, and a fan base at the world's greatest university that can't get enough of him.
