That was awesome. Like the Buffalo Wild Wings commercial in real life!

It is amazing how the camera view changes the perception of the play. If I did not see the game on TV and just saw this view, I would say the ref should be banned for life. It looks like the ref goes after the guy. But the view from the back of the endzone gave the perception that he was trying to protect himself.

Thank goodness they scored right after that, or we would never hear the end of this.

I think they said he played for Kentucky. Maybe he was mad at us for beating them. :) Just kidding. I know it was an accident and I'm sure he dropped his shoulder because he knew that was his best bet at not getting injured.

Congrats on your win. I hated to see the Gamecocks lose, but we obviously are lacking an effective O-line and a running game. Garcia is looking good and our defense is looking pretty good too.

In any event -- y'all won and congrats!

By the way, the LSU Pimps that were at the game were great! They really looked like they were having a fun time. Great outfits!

Les not happy with ref tackling ability!

LES MILES @ MEDIA DAYS NEWS CONFERENCE:
On if teams scheme to make the umpire an extra blocker at times...
“We told him (the umpire), ‘Listen, you’ve got to use your flipper. You’ve got to use your forearm.’ But, then you have to wrap up. I want you to know that we were disappointed in his effort to be honest with you. We felt like he could knock them down a little bit. It happens so regularly in games. Sometimes the ball breaks right at him, and it’s very difficult. Certainly, everybody in this room would look to defend themselves, and I’m certain that’s what he was thinking when that ball came at him. No, we don’t look to use them as picks or blocking pieces and rubs, but it certainly happens.”
