Come on people, Les had done a lot more good than bad. Yes there has been some poor coaching this year. I think Crowton is terrible, which does fall back on Les, but I think Les deserves another year. Who would we get? We need a new OC and QB. If Les doesn't think so he should be fired, but we really don't know what he thinks. Give him another year, if they suck he should go, but if JJ is the QB next year we will have the same results, open QB up in the spring.

Les pretty much dodges everything this year, he basically lies when he is asked questions. I think that is what pisses me off about him. Nobody wants to hear how the offense is coming along when anyone with two eyeballs can see it's not... of course a few of the delusional fans on this board eat it up.

I have been saying all year Crowton has major issues, I said over 2 months ago he SUCKS, look he might be swell guy but when you are getting paid what he is getting paid and has the players to work with that he does and this is what you have to show for it.... well he kind of deserves a little bit of heat.

Even with a new OC next year this will cost you a year or two to get back up to speed. If he is not fired after next week then I don't plan on watching any more of this. Start looking next week or even promote someone temporarily... fire him Saturday... give someone else a shot.

I am sorry but, I watched when they sucked and I will keep watching them. Look I totally agree with the complaints, but I think he deserves another year.

If Crowton is not gone very soon Les will not have a job after next year either way.

the only thing I disagree with you on is this.

I will still watch them and pull for them for the players. I will always pull for my Tigers. I just dont know what else to do with my saturdays. Ive been doing it all my life.

Yeah I agree. Go back and look at every game, we have the most vanilla offense of any team we have played. Les has to know this. That's a shame when Snead runs the option better than us.

Hey don't get me wrong, I love the players. If I didn't I wouldn't have been screaming out here to get rid of Crowton basically all year. I love the players, other then the 1st half of the Tulane game I think the players have played hard all year.

I can't continue to watch the position these players are put in, the are basically great players.

I think JJ did a pretty good job so far this year as has progressed well since the meerkat offense was removed. The positions are always "open" during the offseason, but who is going to step up to take the job? Hopefully the new system is quickly grasped by the players.

You know I am not really sure if JJ shouldn't be the QB maybe we just aren't that great at that position, but I don't think he can lead us to a NC. Who knows maybe he gets a lot better next year, if not 2-3 losses.
