For those of us who live in Big 12 country now, we have our share of jabs tossed our way over the last 24 hours. My OU friends are having a field day with me over Les Miles, as my UT neighbor. In short tack on the miserable ending yesterday to LSU getting Les Miles, I have been on the tail end of several jokes and comments. My OU friends have peppered me with email after email of jokes about Les Miles.. Should be a fun off season. 12 Months ago I was flying my National Championship flag, today I am on the butt end of jokes and snide comments. Man what a pisser...
Anyway, no big Deal I am still decked out in Purple and Gold today and my flag is still flying proudly.

It is amazing how you all have condemned this man to failure before he has even been announced head coach. i am curious and wanting to take wagers if you will boo him the first time he runs out of the tunnel at Tiger Stadium, or if you will wait until the first loss. the facts do not lie about what Les MIles has done at OSU......three straight bowl appearances for a team that only had one the previous 12 years before that, winning seasons ata school not use to having them, being able to recruit and compete in the Big 12 south against Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, Nebraska, and Kansas State. A character guy with no problems in his program and good graduation rates.

Where did I condemn him ???? Matter of fact if you look at ANY of my posts over the last 2 days you wont find me saying one negative thing about him. I was pointing out how everyone (including it appears some OSU fans) thinks this is much less then expected for LSU... If you re-read my post my point was everyone besides some of the LSU fans are laughing at LSU right now.
I never said I was upset about Miles... Frankly I have not said anything one way or the other about him.

Sounds like a man with issues right now. What did you predict, that we would lose 30 - 25 on a last second lucky pass. I think everyone wants Miles to do good. Once he is hired everyone will support him, for the most part. What people are upset about is whole situation. Lost Saban on Christmas, Lost to Iowa on New Years, and then we hire a mid level coach who, and I don't care what you say, is as of yet very much unproven.

By the way atleast I did predict that we would miss at least one extra point
