So did anyone buy any? I didn't see any in the student section concession area or even see students eating it... well at least in the section i was sitting in.

I am glad to say that my section added Honey Baked Ham and my Jambalaya and Alligator Sausage stand was still going strong.

I made two purchases from the sushi stand last night. Both times, I was the only person there. The other concession areas had really long lines. I bought a bottled sprite the first time and a bottled coke the second. They were disappointed. :D

LOL...i bet they were. I really don't see sushi sales doing well in TS.

No i wasn't. It was on WBRZ, and local and school newspapers. Hello Sushi will be selling it all season long. I myself like sushi but in TS, well.....i really don't think so. I wanted to get a feel and see if anyone actually purchased the stuff because i didn't see a single person in the student section eating it.

i would totally eat a california roll in tiger stadium. rolls are good finger food. The word Sushi just turns southerners off for some reason, they hear sushi and they automatically think raw fish. California roll is rice, crab meat, avocodo, and a little piece of seaweed. You are going to tell me Louisianians wont try rice crabmeat and avocodo?

I don't think its that people are turned off by sushi.. Its just the idea of fresh sushi and college football stadium don't really go hand in hand.

Not even close. i love sushi but wouldn't touch it in a football stadium. It just doesn't go together.

I've worked concessions in TS. After that experience, I would never eat anything that has to be prepared in the stand. If you must, make sure the stand is manned by responsible appearing adults, not kids. PS - nacho cheese is absolutely disgusting coming out of the can.
