Tiger won the tournament today in Japan against a pretty good field. It was his 82nd victory and ties him with Sam Snead for the top spot in career victories. Although Jack has three more majors than Tiger, I think Tiger is the better golfer. He's done it against much stronger competition and on tougher courses.

Are you suggestion Tiger use the same equipment Jack used in his prime? I don't think so. As @didit said they tried Tiger proofing the courses. That didn't work. Face it, he's the best ever.
