In fact I did now trying to work out the frequent flyer miles thing. I am coming into BR and not NOLA! We will see, I should know more by end of day today... Dang it yall are bad...now gotta start planning rides and everything all over again!
Baton Rouge is not that big of a town. It's not a long trip from the airport to most places around LSU. In fact, I like our little airport, easy to get in and out of.
Oh don't get me wrong I love it! But it is also very expensive to fly in and out of to Orlando. After Katrina for like almost 2 years Delta had a direct flight from Orlando-BR for pretty cheap and it was wonderful and always packed to the limit. they got rid of it so now there are no direct flights and it costs much more then flying to New Orleans. But with this flight since it is short notice and none of my friends would want to come to NOLA to pick me up and my family is going to be at the hunting camp, I need to get closer. Also I'm using the frequent flyer miles for a portion or all of it.
Well that and my friend just moved from FL back to BR and her house warming party is on Sunday...killing two birds with one stone...
If you show up at my house, there will be no one in my backyard, as we will be at our friend Joe's (Starvin Marvin) house. But, I have the ability to invite you there as well. I am bigger than him and he does what I say.
