After witnessing the incompetent coaching effort in the 2nd half of today's game, I guarantee 2 losses by LSU this season; Florida & Alabama! You cannnot go into a 2nd half with ANY SEC team and not score a point a hope to come away with a victory, no matter how good your defense is! I will admit the weather played an important part today, but still, you have got to play the full 60 minutes!

Umm they did score in the 2nd half. I agree Miles and his staff had better days, but your facts are a bit off.

Really now? Florida barely beats Ole Miss yet we're in trouble? We were never in any real trouble ever since our first score. We didn't play our best clearly, give some of that to SC(lot of drops, missed passes, etc though). Still though our D did great again and our running game was fantastic.

    I'm so worried!!!!!!!!!!!!!1:sob:

Uh,it rained a lot and the field was wet. I also disagreed with not running the ball more early on but I'm not about to start bashing our coaches or players when we are 4-0. GO TIGERS!!!!! and great game!:thumb: :thumb:

I apologize, I was speaking off emotion. We did score a TD off a turnover if I recall correctly. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that. Unfortunately you can't count on turnovers in games!

we scored a td after stopping south car from converting on 4th and 1.If that counts has a turnover tell the ole ball coach to not go for it on 4th down deep in his own end

The only thing that hampered the offense play calling seems to be the early series of drops on the passing plays. Seems like the TE's were doing better than the receivers. However, I suspect the field condition and the rain at least are partly responsible, including Flynn's ankle. Wondered why they had not let Perilloux throw more passes; is it lack of confidence for the WR's? or is USC's pass defense that decent?

Was that a 4th & 1 deep in our end of the field? Did we put together an offensive drive that scored points in the second half? Florida will eat our lunch if we can't put together a drive ( or 2!) in the second half.

I wondered that myself. Too one dimensional. Granted, a couple of series we didn't have the best field position.

Ol BC will take this as a lesson to prepare for FL. Your guys had alotta heart today and it showed. The D hung in there even if the conditions were crappy and some O play caught LSU off guard. I think both teams will learn something from this series.

Best of luck for the rest...
