1. You know you say that alot but never offered any proof of it. I just don't see black leaders standing up and wishing their sons and daughters were locked up longer than white people who only use powder cocaine....

  3. I thought it was pretty common knowledge that black civic groups led the charge for tough anti-crack laws. They did this with good reason. You never heard of some investment banker high on coke running through inner city streets randomly shooting folks. That hapened with crack.

  5. Understood. But I am willing to bet that had poweder had the same kind of effects in the gated communities that crack had in the hoods the sentencing guidelines would have been more in line.
  6. That shouldn't matter at all. It's the same thing. Rapists do less than time than crack dealers.
  7. Just shoot dead every crack dealer and we wouldn't have to worry about feeding them or medical treatment or when they get out.
