There are some real eye-openers in that list. http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=200861
I think I saw this list before. :yelwink2: Not sure whether to take it seriously when Nutt is so high and Miles just one notch above Weiss with NO BCS Bowl Game wins. "Since the ACC has 5 of the top 19 coaches in cfb...why do their teams suck so bad? Jim Grobe. 70-68-1 lifetime coaching record between Ohio u and Wake. 37-35 while at Wake, with 1 lifetime bowl win". All credit to brdcstr.
Jim Grobe is the most overrated coach. One good year in his whole career... His players said he did not even care about spring practice and a lot of times would show up half way through it. They didn't even use their full amount of alloted practices. Would Grobe have been there last year? Did one year make him that much better?
That's the first one that made me say, "Hmmmm." Also thought Miles was too low, course I'm biased but back to back 11-2 seasons in the SEC easily puts him a lot higher than #41 imo.
As much as everyone says the SEC is stacked with good coaches we can't manage to get one in the top five. The first SEC coach is Saban at 7 and he has been in the NFL for two years. This list is a joke.
I can see why Les is so low, he has only been to 1 BCS game in his career. The list overall is pretty bad.
Heard it on TV... Can't remember where. Ill see if I can find it. EDIT: Here is the first thing I found. <link>
