You're buying into the Duke and Kentucky media biases. Having Mich State and Syracuse 5,4 means they play each other in the second round. That's a weak, weak region IMO, easily the weakest of the 4. Chicago is the most top heavy with Illinois, Okl State (IMO the top no. 2 seed) and Arizona (top no. 3 seed). Remember, had Arizona beaten Washington, they would have most likely been the 4th no. 1 team due to the weird Conference RPI nos. Albuquerque is the deepest region with good to decent teams in the 1-12 spots.
