Red October (the Russian Revolution) not positive on the year i wanna say 1917 or somewhere around there.
On xm radio they have a radio classics channel. It is really interesting to hear the actual broadcasts from that era and hear the actors comments after their show.One broadcast I heard was from Sept of '39 .The day Germany invaded Poland and England had declared war on Germany.There was a real sense of fear about what was to come.I would think that as frightening has the future appeared to be for them ,it wasn't close to how frightening it really became.
Sorry, incorrect. Czar Nicholas abdicated in March, 1917, when Kerensky actually took over the government. He was overthrown in November (October by the Gregorian calendar) 1917 by the Bolsheviks, who then institued Communism.
