Been using Chrome for a few days and the problem does not exist with chrome. However I'm not a big chrome fan. Guess tigerfan will have it's own separate browser.
What do you not like about Chrome? Is it the faster loading of webpages? Small memory footprint? Combined search and address bar? Completely synchronized bookmarks? Synchronizing tabs? The ability to share webpages across devices? Near-seamless integration with docs? Calendar? Gmail? What browser are you using?
Yes, all of that, my wife says faster isn't always better. plus I can't figure out how to put a favorites tab at the top of the page like my previous browser.
Another thread derail, how in the he'll do you change the order of your bookmarks in Chrome? All the bookmarks I use frequently are all the way at the bottom of the page.
Menu > Bookmarks > Show Bookmarks Bar Click, hold and drag 'em where you want them. You can also go to the Bookmark Manager and drag them as well.
I hit menu/bookmarks, but nothing says show bookmarks bar. Also will not let me click or hold and drag bookmarks.
I got an Android phone from Best Buy, and got their insurance. It covers everything except if you lose the phone - which i never do so it's perfect for me. Anyway, software locked up last month, they couldn't get it to work (its 2 years old) so they gave me a new phone.
I have my insurance through Verizon and it does cover loss (with a $100 deductible) I may "lose" it again soon.
