Anybody and everybody can be racist. No racists that I know think they are racists. I know plenty of them.
It came off as racist to me. Nagin was supposed to be the mayor of all Nee Orleaneans, not just the black ones.
Turn on CNN every now and then. They will set you straight. Basically the thought is, blacks and other minorities dont have enough power to be racist because they are still "oppressed".
