I obviously can't give any facts except Tubs and AD Jacobs are talking one on one, so I don't know how anyone can factually say what the bottomline is. I can say that this time last year negotiations went on for 10 days before a decison was announced and during this period several media outlets had Tubs going to TAMU and Arkansas.
