1. I guess all the talking about cbs got me thinking.....

Why is the majority of UGA games always shown on CBS, i know they are good, but I think LSu needs a little bit more of respect from CBS
  2. Did UGA have more games on CBS than us last season? I didn't notice. I think as a Tiger fan I would take the night games on ESPN when we play at home over the CBS game. I love the tradition of playing at night. This year we will have at least 3 games and maybe four on CBS but of course the 4th one will probably be vs UGA. UGA pretty much will always have the Auburn, Tenn. and UF games on CBS and since they are playing us for a couple of years they also get a 4th one one, so I don't see any problem with that.

I also get tired of hereing the respect thing over and over. Why do we have fans that alwyas use that statement, we don't need anyone's respect except for the opposing players and coaches and I'm sure they respect the hell out of the LSU program at this point in time.

And everytime someone posts that we don't get respect from one of the networks it seems as thoufght the next day ESPN or CBS announces they are showing one of our games or like this week in announcing that they were bringing Gameday to LSU right after a poster said ESPN didn't give us any respect because we weren't listed as a big game for the PAC 10.

I say quit worrying about the respect thing, we'll get what we deserve.
  3. Do we really have more CBS games then LSU?
  4. I don't know, but I would trade Gameday for that night spot on ESPN in a heartbeat.
  5. We'll have em both on the 4th.
  6. I thought ND vs. BYU had the night game?
  7. thats true

i love espn gameday, Is it possible that gameday could feature lsu 3 times

    1. LSu vs oregon state

    2. LSu vs Auburn

    3. LSU VS UGA we know that gameday will be at this game

  8. Hey Now Game Day's a pretty good Deal,
especially since the game is at 5:00 when the sun will start to set.

Now 1:30 or 2:30 wouldn't work as well and the 11:00 is the
most Hellish of them all. :po:
  9. I agree Gameday is a good deal, but I would like the primetime slot a lil more. Your right 5:00 aint as bad as the others. I hate the AU game at 2:30.
  10. I don't like the CBS games, because they are at 2:30 in the afternoon. I would prefer the ESPN night time slot.
