This stuff doesn't make sense. That is a lot of money passing hands for video that highschools and Jr. colleges would be happy to send. Too many humanoids involved not to see this smacks of persuasion more then info. Not throwing rocks, but I really fear street agents are far more then out of control, everywhere.
Very time consuming and more expensive to track down every school and sort through all the information. That is why all schools go to these services. Gives them the time to do actual recruiting.
my understanding is it is a package of most of the juco's (if not all) from each state. if so, that is a reason to just buy the package already gathered.
