I'm sure the old punishment of 500 lines, will be replaced by something like an 8oz hamburger steak vs the standard 16oz tenderloin on their road trip to DFW. Consumption is not illegal, possession, selling and buying are... if all the pot was smoked, there's no charges that can be filed as the evidence has been "burned" up. But I would think there would be a driving under the influence charge for mr. harris, as well as driving under suspension and reckless endangerment for the 118mph speed.
