Saban is/was a great coach, no denying, but Alabama just doesnt have the talent to compete with our boys.

Truthfully, Im hoping for a blowout. And I love being doubted, more than I love being praised. Proving people wrong is always sweeter.:thumb:

I think CLM has the team focused on the game, and there will be no distractions.

I'm not familiar with the link you posted; is it a reputable site?

CFN is predicting an upset as well in their weekly fearless predictions. It's certainly possible if we come out flat offensively and don't bring pressure.

I just don't see us coming out flat. If this game isn't enough to get the team motivated with 1st place in the West on the line and the history we have with Alabama's coach, then nothing will.

I def agree with you here. This game means more to our team and our coaching staff than any game we have played thus far (even more than florida) Plus with two weeks to rest and get fired up i said we are the def favorite. Coach Miles wont allow us to lose this game when he knows his reputation is on the line (and the reputation of the team in order to take the west)

I hope you're right. I'd like to see things come together this week with solid play from the offensive line ( similar to the VA Tech game ) and hopefully Doucet is back to 100%. Combine that with constant pressure from the D and i think we do well. If those things don't happen I think it will be another close one down to the wire.

Bama has the talent to compete, remember Moo U just beat Kentucky. In the SEC you show up ready to play or go home a loser. If the Tigers play up to their potential it will be an LSU win no matter how Bama plays. If LSU plays just one half like it has in some games this year anything is possible. :miles:    :geaux:

Anybody who thinks we can't lose this game is dreaming. I think we win a close one.

i think LSU wins, but unfortunately its just because i think at some point this year the O will be sharp.

im worried about it being a road game. LSU hasnt been too good on the road in recent history--UK this year. UF and Auburn last year and a sluggish performance against an outmatched UT (without ainge)

I just think our talent is far ahead of there's, and truth be told, Miles is just as crazy and gutsy as Saban. So no advantage. We all know how Les Rolles, so backing down is not on his agenda. My girl just bought one of the No Fear shirts. And I think that's going to be our attitude as we travel to ALabama. I respect Bama as a competitve SEC school, but I expect to win.:LSU231:
