How can this be when this has happened. Rivals.com national recruiting analyst Mike Farrell spoke with Hazelton's father last night and he said he had not signed the letter-of-intent for his son's acceptance of the USC scholarship and therefore it is not a valid document. Well that is a 5 star recruit. Which if he doesnt sign, would likely put Florida at #1. If they counted this as a recruit for USC, why wasnt Williams counted for LSU. Just like everyone to screw LSU and help out USC.
Why does it matter? It will matter in 7 months when they either have him or don't. Whether USC or Florida is #1 in recruiting this year means nothing.
cause the NCAA plays by its own rules not kidding with saying that, under 21 does need the parent to sign.. that's their rule
