    The Stanford head coach put in a gimmick play with a RB in a wildcat on a crucial 3rd and long and had Andrew Luck watching from the sidelines.

    They didn't make it and had to settle for a game tying FG.

    Good grief.

    First close game all year and this head coach is melting down.

    Stanford's defense is so-so at best.

    Their offense is good but not great.

    Stanford's kickoff coverage is abysmal. USC has started at the 40 the last 2 times Stanford has kicked off.

    3 timeouts. USC may be only 30 yards away from winning it.

    That's BY FAR the best defensive effort vs. Stanford this year. They average over 40 pts a game.
