I am really looking forward to coming to Baton Rouge and seeing a game in Death Valley. I have heard much about it but have never been.

I am staying at the Hilton Downtown and just wondered how far it is from the stadium and the tailgating? It appeared to not be too far away but I am not sure.

I think this is going to be a great game.

    Thanks

The Hiedelberg? Man, that place is swanky! We had our Christmas party in the ballroom there last year.

You're very close to LSU there. Without traffic, it's about 5-7 minutes, depending on where on campus you're heading. Of course, things are much, much different on gameday. If you leave early enough, you could still make the trek with relative ease. But wait too long, and you're screwed.

Only a few exits down the interstate, so about 5 minutes or so if not caught in traffic. I am sure you are getting there early so traffic wont be that big of an issue. Parking will take more time than actually geting there.

Welcome to the Board. Trust me we are all excited about the game.

Yeah, but with Nicholson and River Road right there, you'd be crazy to take the interstate.

Yeah but I didnt really want to confuse him with street names but it is a straight shot. Print out a google map before you arrive in Baton Rouge.

I will probably be taking a cab to the game so where should we get dropped off in order to get a cold adult beverage?

Oh, and by the way, come with a good attitude and you'll likely eat and drink for free.

In other words, anywhere on campus.
