Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to do a Google search on the Cleveland Indians. It came as no surprise to learn that the Indians will drop that name at the end of the 2021 season. A prime example of the PC bullshit going completely overboard.
I wonder if the Atlanta Braves are considering changing their name? I wonder if Ted Turner is even aware of the "controversy" surrounding sports teams names being affiliated with Native Americans? I wonder if CNN is reporting either or both?
Cleveland also phased out the iconic chief wahoo a few years ago. Sucks because that was a great logo
