We made SOOO many mistakes! It shows the talent of this team, to beat a good football team with 5 turnovers, multiple penalties! Hats off to the staff... We made that Urban Meyer crap look like a high school offense
4 of the 5 turnovers were in OUR half of the field...that is quite amazing. For the 2nd consecutive week we would have shut out an opponent, but for the offense's mistakes.
Turnovers were the only way the Gators were able to get points on a short field. The score could have gotten ugly if the Tigers would have protected the ball a little better.
True, but "that Urban Meyer crap" did not result in 3.5 billion turnovers in today's game. LSU simply had the better athletes, and it was their (once again) love affair with committing double-digit penalties and 5 or more turnovers that (once again) kept the game closer for longer than it should have been.
Clair, do you seriously mean that you're not concerned about the multiple turnovers we seem to commit every single week? Winning teams do not do such things, and it'll cost us a game sooner rather than later. LSU can and possibly should win out from here on out...unless they continue to turn it over like they did today. Fla scored 17 points. All 17 came off of turnovers. That's pretty troubling, IMO.
Addia's fumble was half JR's fault, exchange from QB. the two interceptions were JR and one fumble. the other fumble was Justin Vincent. Our QB is going through a trial by fire on the field learning process. It's inevitable. if we're lucky it won't cost us a game and if we're really lucky he'll mature quick and we'll move up in the polls. It s not Jimbo or Miles. if anything some of the blame could be assigned to the O-line.. no doubt about it Jamarcus has some panic button he pushes when pressured. Argue with me if you want but all the rest of the SEc knows what some here deny. He'll be OK. we just have to squek by auburn and Bama and not overlook the two rent a wins. then on to the SEC CG. :geauxtige I don't care to think about what may happen if we ain't so lucky. man it'd be nice to be USC lucky  :geauxtige
The long INT and JR's fumble were 90% Oline's fault. You can spread blame all around the field. I think it has a lot to do with rythmn and momentum. That's on the coaches. Everybody needs to improve on these things and we have a chance to win SEC and go play in the Atlanta bowl. Can't call it the sugar if it ain't in Louisiana.
Ok i give you that, the O-Line needs to step up .... but JR could show just a "tad" more poise when pressured. Im sure he will.. We gave Leak hell all day and he never coughed it up. BUT he was ineffectual. Glad we had JR. :thumb: After watching him I truly think he is getting better and just needs to "think" more. A good Qb has eyes in the back of his head. :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
