Typically, the tournament that follows a major or in this case the fifth major, suffers from the big names skipping the event. This years Honda tournament is holding form.
I hadn't either, that's why this is fun, it's reconnecting me to the game, by the Master's I'll be pretty interested, maybe know a thing or two,.. love the Master's one of the treasures of sports
I enjoy watching the Masters because of the limited commercials and other restrictions they put on CBS. No on course reporters and no promos for 60 Minutes and other CBS shows. I read earlier that they are not holding the Par 3 tournament for the second year in a row. That's a fun event where you get to see the old timers play. On the 9th hole a lot of the players let their caddie hit the tee shot. In most cases it's the players wife or a kid of theirs. It's considered bad form to win the Par 3 tournament. No player has ever won the Par 3 tournament and the regular tournament.
