   I can't believe I am paying for this crap online. They better give us our money back. This is more of a tease than anything. I rather listen to the radio. I am so pissed! I have been waiting on hold for tech support for the last 30 minutes!

   Yeah it has worked for me after the first 5 min of nothing.
   
   And I couldnt get the phone to ring....but right about that time the video came on and has been pretty good every since. Has been jumpy ever since the close of the first half tho.
