I beleive the hype was all about their record not the media.If the media can't talk good about an undefeated team this late in the season then what should they cover?
Facts.....like Stength of schedule. But I understand your point and I agree with you, they don't have to talk 'em up so much about NC contenders. I'm not an expert but I saw that.
Do you realize Boise State is undefeated? Don't hear anyone talking about them. I'm disappointed Rutgers lost b/c I wanted them to expose the BCS, but I saw this loss to Cincinnati coming from a mile away. I hope they beat WV...

they have to hype an undefeated team late in the season that beats a top (and undefeated) team. they should have been hyped. regardless of what their past performance has been, you should judge them by what happens on the field. they won tons of games and were hyped. now they lost and the hype is lost with it.
I saw a Cinn fan and a Rutgers fan in the stadium last night. I didnt know the outcome of the game but after looking at them it was easy to tell. Thanks Cinncy.
I think all tiger fans should hope they beat WV. Cinci helped us out because only one of them would've dropped after their head to head game. Now there is a possibility of having them both behind us.
