    They for sure have to subdue or restrain in some way. I don't know why you would want to cuff a horse, cow, pig, or any other type of animal unless this item is exclusive to west virginny, r-kansas, or kentucky

    KyleK & Cajun are both correct, in a manner of speaking. They were purchased as stress balls--used to strengthen the hands & wrists/coordination too.

    But something shaped like that, with vibrating steel balls-within-balls? Well, you just knew that some chick was gonna find a better place for those balls than her wrists.....

    Interesting though! You guys were on this one like stink on poop. Where are your minds? LOL!
