Some kind of controller for machinery. Nobody is going to guess the name or what the machine does specifically based on what we can see.
Sorry guys, I have been to his house 3 times to get more pics and the bastid is never there. I am off work tomorrow and will give it another shot. If I can't, I'll see what I can do to give a few hints.
Update on my last submission. My brother threw the item away so I can't take anymore pics of it. It was the inside of his massage chair.
The different motors and wheel combine to roll up and down your back as well as vibrate. Gonna miss that chair.
