I think he'll end up supporting a trigger option.

I voted "be vague" but I did so because I think the trigger provision idea floating around will be a way he can say he got the public option. If given the first 2 choices in the poll I would have voted "insist".

I think he'll insist on a public option but be flexible in how that option will be finally written.

I don't think he'll get it passed with the public option in there. He needs to take this thing away from Pelosi and get Presidential. She'll be the death of him, figuratively speaking.

Trigger option. It makes the most sense and he may be able to get moderate democrats on board. I can't see how he can insist on the public option as it's really not viable so I find that to be the least likely option. Although him abandoning it seems pretty unlikely to me as well. Vague it is with prejudice toward trigger option is my final answer.

I can only go by how his administration has presented things in the past when they say they are going to be direct and detailed. So far everytime they have made this claim they have been exactly the oppisite. I am expecting more vague speak about cost savings and necessary change.

That's a plan where you get treatment from Roy Rogers' veterinarian.
