What's for dinner??

    I am the same way about baking. I think maybe it's too regimented and I tend to go off the reservation. Always a disaster for me.

    As to the Cuban bread? Start with finding a Cuban restaurant and ask them where they get it. Or better still, ask them to make you one. The roast pork and the press make a difference too.

    I suppose I could try to make one, but I have plenty of Cuban friends with restaurants so that appeals to my naturally lazy side.

    Yeah, I know. I can't handle the designer/imported beers. They put me to sleep. :grin:

    Wife, 4 year old daughter, and myself just knocked out 30 pounds of boiled crawfish.

    i havent had any boiled crawfish yet this year. im so depressed now. :(

    Leftover Tung Cho chicken from day before yesterday reheated in the Microwave. ( eating tonight ... not dining )
