Threw a couple of pork roasts on the pit. EDIT: They came out pretty good. Sliced them up. Here's one:
seafood gumbo and seafood salad from mansurs. i am so full i feel like a beached whale. note to self: next time get the starter size seafood salad, not the entree size! on tonights agenda, some serious relaxing and then a good nights sleep!

good but not outstanding. although over priced for what i got. but i wouldnt spit it out or anything. lol
