chicken salad and wheat crackers. and diet coke.

 

you have to put that stuff in something other than water....it tastes so bad with water it almost makes me nauseous thinking about it.

i had a chicken salad for lunch.

 

OMG! Stay right where you are and I will be right over with the ambulance!

Just to make you salivate, I had a shrimp po-boy at Bears Restaurant in Covington! Best shrimp PB I ever had!!! Ran over here for my mother-in-law's 80th B-day party on Sunday.

 

Chili with green onions, cheese and french bread.

Great on a chilly day like today.
