It isn't where he is but IF he is calling the plays. He can be wherever he wants just let anyone else handle the play calling (even Les).

I say that somebody kidnap him and take him to Everglades for a few hours and release him about half time.

He's close enough to Miami that someone could put him on a boat heading back to Cuba.
