Which type of coach has a better track record in college... an NFL reject (who might have previously had a good/great college career) or an up-and-coming college coach who's stock is rising? I would guess the latter -- even with Pete Carrol
sorry, that was too easy. I think that it depends on how much you want to spend? If you take an NFL coach, you will have to pay more than a college coach. However, that doesn't mean NFL coaches will be better than an up and coming college coach. I think that only through an interview can you determine wether or not one is better than the other.
