What's some good stuff to mix with Whiskey and/or Bourbon. About the only thing I know of is your standard Coke/Sprite and beverage of choice. Any reccomendations?

I usually stick to bourbon and branch or cola. But every now and then I like a Whiskey Sour or a Manhattan. Scotch, I only drink with water and ice. But I had a girlfirend once who drank it with Ginger Ale. Uggh!
