I'm getting old, so this may have already been done. Someone called UGa a sleeper pick and I was a bit surprised. I thought alot of folks here were all over Georgia for 2005.
If we are this biased in our voting, our Top 25 poll will be scary lol... b/c if you guys think UGA is better than UF or Tenn, then we are on some good stuff... hahah I don't have a set vote, but the winner of that game meets us in the title game
Perhaps the fact that Georgia manhandled LSU like no other team has the past, say, three years may have something to do with the vote. A Spurrier-esque dislike of Urban Meyer and not seeing how people can love up a Tennessee team with so many offseason distractions (injuries, arrests, Phat Phil eating everything in site) and a rugged schedule (LSU, Fla, ND-I think-on the road) can win double digit games this year may also have something to do with it, sure...
I may be the only person to admit liking Spurrier when was in Gainesville. He is winner and a PR genius.
I tell you what, this poll has given me a lot of faith in our posters here. I have been saying for awhile that Georgia was probably going to win the east. I was expecting to be the only one here to say so on the poll. You guys are grade A.:thumb: I look forward to beating TN., FL. and GA. all in one season.
I also like UGA to be honest. We got our butts kicked yet you don't see UGA trolls running around here that much. Not that I care about a fans base online but I went to some UGA games in the last few years being just a few hours from Athens....always had a great time with my LSU gear on. They have some crappy fans but as we all know, everyone does.
