Will Doucet Play?

Have I missed something? The official depth chart (here) for the game doesn't list Alexander, but does list Doucet at the top.

Is he healthy enough to play and I've just missed that news blip? Surely I'm not the first to come across this. Does the depth chart mean anything?

I think it's because Alexander is out for season.

    You are correct.

I don't know if he'll qualify for a med. redshirt and think it's very unlikely, but he is a redshirt junior who is eligble to play next year. He redshirted as a freshman in 2004.

Crunch maybe you were thinking about Favorite. He had a minoir injury and returned to practice yesterday. Helms who nicked up his elbow was at practice today.

Doucet is not expected to play at all but should be back for the UF game.

Les Miles said he was encouraged by Doucet's efforts at trying to come back from a groin injury he suffered on Sept. 14.

Flynn is looking good this week as well.

Highsmith might not start the game because of a family emergency that caused him to miss most of the practices this week.

Yeah, I'd read that earlier and was why I picked Beckwith instead of him for the Fantasy League. :hihi:

    He still may play though.
