I don't know what their record is and I don't care. If I was the AD I would fire her and hire a $40k a year coach and use the money saved for something better.

In fact, I think this is the first thread I can remember seeing about it. We've discussed it in other threads but I seriously don't recall a single thread devoted to it. May have to delete this one
