The Selection Show is at 6 on ESPN tonight. I would really like to see LSU play if they go through Baton Rouge and New Orleans, but $40 for two games is a bit much to watch them double up on a 15 seed. Anyone know of a way to get a cheaper ticket for just the LSU games instead of the packet for all games?
UNC is tough and it will be hard to score that many points. However, playing in BR and NOLA can even things out.
The committee loves Tennessee. Their bracket includes a 2 seed that has 7 losses: aTm. You'd think that UConn would get that draw, being the overall #1 seed, but they have to go through Rutgers.
Kara Lawson, ESPN analust and ex Tennessee player, said that LSU should have been a #1 seed instead of North Carolina. It was great to hear that from her.
I dont think it was instead of UNC. It was pretty much unanimous UNC was a #1...rather the last spot was between Maryland, Stanford, and LSU. They were all in agreement LSU deserved it, though Maryland certainly had a case for it. No complaints here. There isnt much of a difference between 1 and 2 and now we get home games.
I think we make the final 4 but after the last couple of performances in the semi final game that might be as far as they go.
