How many of you out of harms way are going to work in the morning? I was born and raised in New Orleans and am glued to the feed at WWL. I can not believe that this may be the big one that we have been hearing about our entire lives. This may sound strange, but I miss New Orleans more than ever now and I wish I could be in Baton Rouge taking shelter with the rest of my family (who still lives in the New Orleans area) tonight. I also want to be there tomorrow afternoon, next week, or next month??? whenever they are allowed back into the city to help with clean up. I am seriously considering postponing a business trip tomorrow morning to watch the WWL stream helplessly as the storm hits. What do you plan to do? :laflagwav
Yea, I am thinking about postponing my trip a day. I may go to the office so I can save a vacation/sick day that can be better used during clean up.
