Re: DeAngelo Benton - what ever happened to him? I think he'll be fine. It's alot easier to stay on the top once you get to that point. The hard part is the climb up.
Re: DeAngelo Benton - what ever happened to him? If he "needs" an A or B, I would remain cautiously optimistic. A's and B's are fairly difficult to obtain for someone who already has demonstrated difficulty in obtaining passing grades, much less high marks like these. Think about how often final exams pulled you down one grade when in college (probably not in high school). Once he obtains these marks, I would then start banking on that starting line-up you mention, but anything before that happens is pure wishful thinking and speculation that may lead to greater disappointment. I sure hope he pulls it off not only for LSU football but for his future overall.
Re: DeAngelo Benton - what ever happened to him? I would be more concerned if he currently had an "A" and "B" and had to keep those grades up after a final. But he has 2 shots at keeping the "A" and the other can drop to a "B" and he'd be ok. From all accounts the kid is really focused and will not let that happen.
