I have heard it was a good white meat. Isn't it being marketed more now. I used to go trap in Grand Chenier now and then with a friend who lived there and we'd catch 30+ and keep the pelts and throw the carcuses.

 

No, I don't hink they market it, but I've eaten it a few times, and it is quite good. Especially in a spaghetti.
