Interestingly enough, Lululemon got sued because their black yoga pants made of proprietary material allegedly failed to measure up to quality control measures and customers who bought them didn't realize how see through they were. Major recall. Stock dropped. Investors sued. Lululemon prevailed. But they are making it up in the ridiculous prices they charge for their gear.
