Nothing too controversial this year. You can't tackle or hit a quarterback at the knee or below when he's in the motion of passing. They will increase penalties for unsportmanlike conduct to hog dogs and show-offs. I'm glad they're not re-inventing the wheel. As for the taunts, I don't care for them; however, the Tebow/phone gesture moments are great memory-makers. I like when a player makes a great play in a very hostile environment and gives the slash across the neck to shut up the drunks who cross the line. I have a cousin who caught in the Major League and you wouldn't believe some of the shit the pro's have to endure.
And didn't they unfuck the personal foul penalty that upon review, if it wasn't a penalty, it was still a penalty? Or was that last year?
