All I heard this year was how great the Big East was and that nobody could touch them. They also said that the SEC was very weak and that they would not do much in the tournament. Now that we are at the point in the season where it really counts, there are no Big East teams and two SEC teams in the Final Four. In addition to that, South Carolina won the NIT Championship. All of this speaks volumes of the SEC.

One or two teams having a great tourney run doesn't make a conference the best in the nation. The Big East was the strongest conference from top to bottom this year IMO, but then again with that many teams they ought to be. The Pac 10 won't be the best no matter what happens Monday night.
