If auburn is eventually found guility of pay for play by the NCAA what do you think will happen? With the big money world of college football now days,will there ever be a death penality given out smu style? Would the sec try to block something like that?

Aubies, sorry but eventually NCAA is gonna get something, may not be Cam, but fan bases ALL OVER the country feel that you cheated in some way, NCAA will find something if there is something. Cam may be safe now but Trooper may have screwed up in Thibodeaux. You F around in someones back yard, word gets out eventually. PT Barnum had it right. honestly, ... sounds like sour grapes over a sense of entitlement. LSU became accustomed to dominating in-state prospects when it came to recruiting. Saban understood that .... locking down the state was the top priority. Now that Miles is casting a wider net, there are inroads being made by other hungry programs .... and Auburn isn't the only program making aggressive intrusions into a traditionally-verboten state. Auburn should be the least of LSU's worries ...... we just happen to be the "most visible" at the moment. What .... you don't think Nelson has ties with LSU? just my dos centavos :wink:

YOU laid out an accusation about a LA high school coach being crooked because a reporter wrote a story about the NCAA investigating Auburn"s recruiting....what's the connection there? This has nothing to do with legit recruiting, it has to do with going in to Thib and paying a recruit to leave state, PERIOD. I have no problem with us recruiting kids out of state, but on the up and up....just like its fine with out of state schools to recruit legally in LA. Auburn fans instantly deflect, as you did and tried to make it about the HS coach and LSU, when you are the school with smoke bombs going off all around you. You have that POS Trooper Taylor and you will be the one left holding the bag when the stuff eventually blows up. Your problem, accept it, enjoy it while its good (like 2010) but by god YOU OWN IT. The hammer is gonna fall, no need to try and bring everfyone down with the ship
