Heard on the radio today that some kid was working out for the Saints and injured his knee I think it was. That has to suck, trying to get drafted and blow a tire on the test drive? @LSUDad what is protocol here? I'm sure he has some sort of insurance policy and they said on the radio that it will drop him some but should still get drafted but wow? Do teams kick them a little something extra when this happens? Is there some type of unwritten obligation to draft the kid since he got hurt working out for your team?

I'm sure it happens more than we hear about, I just never thought about it till today.

Heard this as well, big lineman from Clemson (I think) tore an ACL. Can't answer any of your questions, but I know if I were Mickey Loomis, I'd certainly have the team cover the kid's medical expenses.

Brandon Thomas, offensive lineman from Clemson, was the one that was injured. Things will be taken care of for him.
