I'm not trying to be a smarta** here. I really don't know. Who is our QB coach? What do we know about our QB coach?

I don't know a thing about him, and I'm curious.

Jimbo Fisher was our QB's coach . .I wonder if he's the OC and QB coach?

Our poor QB play has nothing to do with coaching and everything to do with young talent being thrown in to the fire too soon. Both Randell and Casey are not experienced enough to compete week in and week out in the SEC, and give us the type of performance Davey would (or Mauck would've been able to do had he not been injured). I think the LSU coaching staff has done an excellent job with the limited amount of talent on O. The Tigers don't play in the PAC10 (a QB's dream conference), their competition is a little stiffer and the D's are better prepared.

Sure, we have a QB coach......our problem is just one of numbers.
It's worked out that we've simply been caught with our pants down with a pair of very game-inexperienced kids after Mauck got hurt. Randall's first game apparently was nearly a fluke, as shown by later games (until Ole Miss, that is). I pray to God that he's come into his own, just as any young QB must do to begin with. Mauck is a prime example of that. Fortunately, he just had more moxey than Randall or Clausen.......another name for maturity. THAT's the name of the game......maturity! And it doesn't come overnight!
    Geaux, Tigs.......eat a hog!

Sabanfan you used that same quote about me when you were defending Fisher earlier under "65 yards". Why are you using it now about Fisher???????

    Quote below

"...Because I think you're wrong. The problem is MR. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear."

Have you change? or did you just not know that Fisher is both OC and QB coach?

    I don't understand your question.

I simply used the expression to defend Fisher, both times.

Yea right the first post did not mention Fisher. Only questioning who the QB coach was and that was your answer. Just own up to it.
